Crudo di Cuneo DOP crostoni
Ingredients for 4 people:
- 200 g of Prosciutto Crudo di Cuneo DOP cut in very thin slices
- 50 g of butter
- 4 slices of home bread
Hot bread and prosciutto crudo: an exceptional appetizer from Northern Italy (Cuneo, Piemonte), typical all over Italy.
- Cut the bread slices in half.
- Toast then in the oven or or the grill.
- Spread the butter on the hot bread slices.
- Place the prosciutto slices on the bread.
- Serve hot.
