Ingredients for 4 people: 
  • 200 g of Prosciutto Crudo di Cuneo DOP cut in very thin slices
  • 50 g of butter
  • 4 slices of home bread

Hot bread and prosciutto crudo: an exceptional appetizer from Northern Italy (Cuneo, Piemonte), typical all over Italy.

Preparation steps: 
  • Cut the bread slices in half.
  • Toast then in the oven or or the grill.
  • Spread the butter on the hot bread slices.
  • Place the prosciutto slices on the bread.
  • Serve hot.
