Bra DOP Cream
Side dish
Ingredients for 4 people: 
  • 300 g of Bra DOP cheese 
  • 40 g of butter
  • 2 dl of single cream
  • 2 tablespoons of finely chopped parsley
  • water
  • salt and pepper

A sauce based on a typical Northern Italy cheese (Cuneo, Piemonte) ideal to enrich meat and (why not?) fish dishes.

Preparation steps: 
  • Put a large pot full of water on moderate heat.
  • Put a smaller pot in the water without letting it touch the bottom of the larger pot.
  • Cut the Bra in small chunks.
  • Put Bra, single cream, butter, chopped parsley, salt and pepper in the smaller pot.
  • Stir the ingredients until you have a smooth mix.
  • Serve hot.
